Stretch marks can appear on different areas of the body and are a common experience for women during and after pregnancy. Although they are often seen on the belly, they can also occur on the thighs, buttocks, and breasts of new mothers. To massage the stomach, gently circle your palm around your belly button in a clockwise direction. Be careful not to apply too much pressure and start this only when you are 3 months into your pregnancy. You can also massage your way from your breasts to your neck to reduce the appearance of stretch marks around your bust. And don’t forget your thighs! Massage the back of your legs towards your buttocks for a boost of firmness and hydration.
